Dream it
It all begins with an idea. This starts with the Design Concept stage, where the inspiration is born. This is where the client’s abstract ideas create the inspiration for the HVDL team to propose design solutions through sketches & imagery.
Create it
Through Design Development, the inspiration begins to take form with material sampling, sketches, and plans. Sharing photos of installation details, a focal architectural feature or a lighting solution often brings the client’s abstract idea to take shape.
Design it
Our Contract Documents stage specifies and details through CAD or Revit code-compliant drawings, renderings, and schedules often in harmony with the expertise of Architects and Consultants. This is where the client’s abstract ideas become concrete solutions.
Build it
Project Management happens on-site during construction including shop drawing reviews with HVDL’s installation direction. There is always creative problem-solving here, where the excitement takes shape in buildable form.
Finish it
Procurement is a specialized service based on economy of scale purchasing of interior building materials, architectural features, furniture, fixtures, and furnishings for larger projects.
